		<description>Those Curried Potato Everything Cakes aka Poor Man’s Pakora look amazing!  I love leftovers and eat them quite often, but I enjoy them again and again for what they are/were--I never think to turn them into something else.  I love it!  Can&#039;t wait to see what I come up with :-)

		<description>This is a challenge I appreciate.  Cooking for one, there are almost always leftovers of some kind, and I find it fun to recombine them in creative ways.  Much more fun than trekking to the grocery store and back every day, though I see your point about freshness and getting exactly what you&#039;re craving.  You&#039;ve got a nice mix going on in this post, lots of flavour and variety!</description>
